Strong Clinical Nurse Manager required for a service handling clients with challenging behaviour and Mental Health. Qualified to RGN or RMN level with a current pin. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
As the service has a large amount of beds you will have in-date clinical skills. Sound knowledge and awareness of CQC standards would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have sucessful proven management experience. A true desire and ethos to work in this client group. It would work as an advantage if you have the ability to handle budgets and marketing
