Job Description
We are looking for a Sous chef / Assistant Manager couple to live in our flat above the pub.
The successful applicants will have a passion & knowledge for fresh, seasonal British produce.
At least one years experience in their position, at a food led pub or 1-2 AA rosette restaurant.
