With a confirmed order book of over 6 months, this niche MEP Consultancy based in Hertfordshire is looking for a HVAC Design Engineer with at least 8 years experience in Building Services.

Working in a well established Design team, you will get involved in a range of prestigious Commercial, Residential and Leisure projects; ranging from £2 to £75 million.

This is a client facing role so individuals can expect to get involved in the full project life-cycle, run meetings / projects, carry out surveys, write specifications, creating conceptual and detailed design, commissioning and approving contractors work and invoices.

This role will appeal to a talented HVAC Design Engineer who is looking to join a medium sized practice, influence design and work in an organisation where progression is based on ability and success rather than office politics.

It is essential that individuals are qualified to at least HNC/HND level, have recent experience on prestigious / high end residential and commercial sector experience and are able to communicate clearly and confidently. Previous experience in leading a team or additional qualifications as a LCC, LCEA or BREEAM assessor would be advantageous.
