Chef de Rang £14,500 + Tips + Live In

Prestigious 3 Rosette hotel seek to strengthen their restaurant team with the addition of a Chef de Rang. The hotel is located close to the centre of one of England's most beautiful cities. The Chef de Rang will be confident in their ability to deliver the very finest levels of service in a calm and relaxed environment. The Chef de Rang must have previous fine dining experience and, as Chef de Rang, possess a knowledge of ,and interest in, modern culinary trends.

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £2000 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.
