As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will have previous experience within a multi rosette, preferably Michelin Starred, hotel restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will have an uncompromising desire to exceed guest expectations and possess a thorough understanding of classical and modern menu terminology. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in building and developing the restaurant brigade. Local knowledge of the Devon and Cornwall area would be very beneficial.

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £2000 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.
