INTERIM MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
WOLVERHAMPTON

The Company

A challenging opportunity now exists for a qualified management accountant to join this large construction, infrastructure and facilities management group with a turnover in excess of £4BN.
Due to a successful previous year of aggressive growth including two substantial acquisitions the business now requires additional support within the finance division

PURPOSE OF ROLE
The role

Preparation of monthly management accounts for review by the Divisional Financial Controller as well as the preparation of budgets, re forecasts, cashflow forecasts and balance sheets
Prepare all weekly cash forecasts and assist in the resolution of some old billing issues relating to recent acquisitions
Innovative thinking to propose improvements to the month end process and the overall management accounting process.

The Candidate

You will have a recognised relevant accountancy qualification.

Fully qualified accountant
Strong systems skills, including financial analysis, testing and proposing and implementing process improvement
Experience of using Hyperion 6.4, advanced excel skills
Experience of using Open Accounts
Experience in an interim role in management accounting competencies
