A chic gastro pub in the affluent area of Solihull is looking for a couple or 2 friends where one is a CHEF DE PARTIE and the other is enthusiastic about FRONT OF HOUSE for a live-in position.

Applicants for the CHEF DE PARTIE/SOUS CHEF position should have previous experience in a similar working environment, be comfortable on all sections, with a solid kitchen background and be keen and willing to learn new skills.

Applicants for the FRONT OF HOUSE position will need to be presentable, fluent in English, motivated, enthusiastic and enjoy offering our valued customers great service.

Both positions offer tips of circa £80-100 p/w, good live-in accommodation at NO charge and even include a meal cooked by our chefs every day. The working hours are also great; the working week is split into nine shifts giving a full two and a half days off per week. Leaving plenty of time to party and visit the beautiful surrounding areas, or even areas further a field as we are only ten minutes from a major airport . We require 4 – 6 months commitment but in the past we’ve found that most people have stayed longer than originally planned.
