This really is a job for a LINE CHEF/GRILL CHEF who thrives in the atmosphere of a busy and bustling kitchen.
Ideally you should have previous experience in this line of work and we would require you to be self-motivated, organised and above all you must be able to cope under pressure.
An opportunity has arisen for an ASSISTANT MANAGER to assist the manager in the smooth and efficient running of our bar and restaurant, previous experience of bar and cellar work essential, ideally an individual who has the aptitude towards restaurant supervision. Candidates should be career driven, upfront, confident, enthusiastic, of strong character and an effective team leader.
In return for your hard work and commitment we offer a negotiable salary plus live-in accommodation, own room in staff flat just 10 yards from the restaurant. In case you don’t have your own transport there is a bus stop right outside.
