Large pub restaurant based in Hertfordshire requires experienced bar manager. Working as part of a small team, must have cellar experience and be a personal license holder. Experienced in managing bars, barpersons and events. Some restaurant experience also peferred. Ideally living within easy commuting distance of EN10.
