Job Description
Creative, passionate, honest, reliable and experienced Chef required for high quality, small kitchen brigade for summer season on the beautiful quiet Channel Island of Sark.
Will be part of a brigade 3 chefs and cooks. Applicants must be experienced with the preparation and service of high quality fresh, local produce, especially ethically farmed meat, fish and shellfish. Producing daily-changing fine dining menus and popular brasserie-style specials for up to 50 covers. Occasional functions.
Applicants must be available to re-locate offshore for a 3-month contract from 15th July 2009. Summer season only. £1,000 cash per month plus tips and contract bonus. *** All tax-free *** No deductions. Live-in. All found. Basic staff meals. Private medical healthcare. Free laundry service. Free wi-fi broadband Internet access.
