Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain experience in this busy property team. You will be responsible for providing additional support on maintenance projects to a diverse range of commercial, community and leisure buildings. Responsible for preparing specifications, schedules of work, cost estimates, schedules of dilapidations, carrying out inspections and preparing working drawings.
