Job Description
The menu is Modern British and produce is of the highest quality, sourced mainly from local farms and suppliers, including our own kitchen gardens. Everything is made fresh on the premises, including bread, pasta and ice cream.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, hardworking and ambitious chef to gain experience and progress. A passion for fresh food, local produce and quality is essential.
Experience in a similar environment is necessary.
Food and accommodation provided, Accommodation consists of a large detached staff house in the grounds of the restaurant with full cooking and laundry facilities.
Front of house position available for partner if required.
Location: 7 miles from Oxford city centre (on a regular bus route into Oxford). Less than an hour from London by train.
