Job Description
This is a newly built 14 bedroom hotel with a popular restaurant (20 cover lunches and 45 evening) and terracing (which in the sunshine can significantly boost covers). We use a lot of local produce such as fresh local seafood and steaks. I need a Head Chef and Sous Chef from the 1st of August 2009. Responsibilities will include preparing the menu, buying, preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are open 7 days a week all year round and offer a permanent position. We are a small and friendly team on a small and friendly island. Check out our website for photos etc. Accommodation is available at £250 plus bills per month
