Job Description
We are currently looking for an Area General Manager to join this well established maintenance engineering firm to manage a £4-8m business area.
You will be an enthusiastic, analytical, good communicator, with excellent service delivery skills and experience of managing teams through a management structure. You will have full P&L responsibility for the £4-8m business and must demonstrate similar experience.
Applicants should come from a building maintenance or facilities management background, and engineering qualifications would be desirable.
