Job Description
National House Builder is actively looking for a experienced Design and Build Manager to work on a variety of innovative and exciting residential projects.
You role will involve managing the design team, gain design approvals, sub-contractor co-ordination and programming of schedules for contractors. Most of the schemes will involve RC Frame Structures and a majority of the projects will be based in East London.
You should be confident and have must have 10 years experience within a similar company and role. Excellent career path available to the successful candidate.
