Job Description

Social Worker required on Older peoples team.

Mixture of qualified and experienced unqualified staff plus 7 locums 3 team managers

Caseload: To hold about 20 cases, assessments of need and reviewing existing care packages.

Locum must be experienced in assessing and reviewing and to carry out this function from day one with minimal input. Support from line manager (team manager or senior social worker) on regular basis.

Experience: To be experienced in assessing and reviewing the needs of older people, setting up packages of care and support.

Induction/Support: One day training on computer system. Support when required.

Must haves:
DipSW or equivalent
GSCC registered
