Senior Quantity Surveyor – Landscape Specialist

Due to the continued success of our client in the South East, we are seeking a specialist senior quantity surveyor to support their London team in the City. The role with initially be recruited on a fixed term contract for a period of 2-6 months. Experience/knowledge of architectural landscaping is absolutely essential as it will be the main focus of the role.

If you possess any of the following attributes, skills or experience please apply now:

• Experience of producing cost plans for architectural landscaping (e.g. infrastructure/heavy landscaping projects including formal gardens, water features etc) and with an understanding of the integration of associated ME services (e.g. lighting, security features, data etc).
• Technical background with a degree in quantity surveying or another construction related subject or equivalent.
• Project experience of larger more complex schemes in excess of £40m • Excellent customer and internal team management skills
• Well organised, diligent, proactive, well disciplined and commercially astute
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
• MRICS or professionally qualified in another construction related subject (or qualified by experience).
• A good all round surveyor with exceptional understanding of cost planning on major projects
