Job Description
A Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years residential experience is required for a leading house building company. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of all QS duties, within the residential sector.
Responsibilities will include cost reporting, variations; sub contractor management and other general QS work. This is a freelance position that will be office based in Hertfordshire. There will be an option for a permanent position in the future.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leader in the industry. It is an immediate requirement that would suit somebody that could start ASAP.
