Job Description
HEAD BARMAN
We are looking for an experienced Barman who can command a busy environment. The successful candidate must have a strong personality, leadership skills, show initiative, be flexible and willing to go that extra mile if needed and at the same time run the bar in a way that meets with the proprietors requirements. Cellar management and beer line cleaning experience is essential together with an understanding of bar stock rotation, management and ordering.
Excellent communication skills (fluent English is a prerequisite) and organisational skills required. Candidates must be friendly and willing to work as part of a dynamic team. Salary per hour negotiable dependant upon age and experience. Accommodation is available if required. EXPERIENCE is an absolute must.
START DATE: Monday 3rd August
END DATE: Dependant upon the performance of the successful candidate. For the right person the job will be permanent.
