Job Description
Duties include preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, stock control and quality control on your section, and overseeing and training junior members of staff. Under the guidance and supervision of the Head Chef, you will assist in all aspects of your section's opearation.
The Successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant supervisory experince of working in a high quality kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to join an expanding company.
