Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing and bubbly COUPLE for a privately owned luxurious country house hotel in Oxford.
One of whom will take on the role as the ASSISTANT TO THE HEAD CHEF who will have a good knowledge of food and food hygiene. The role involves assisting the chef in the kitchen and running the kitchen in the Chefs absence. The ideal candidate will be organised, with experience of working in a kitchen.
The other position is for a GENERAL ASSISTANT to assist in all aspects of the day to day running of the hotel.
For both, knowledge of food and beverage is an advantage. You must have a passion for hospitality, be smiley with a happy personality and bend over backwards to deliver the best possible customer service, and have the ability to be team players in a small team. Advanced level of English required.
Good salary which includes meals and accommodation on site. Great place for saving. NO BILLS.
