A stunning hotel resort in Hertfordshire are looking to appoint a Junior Sous Chef for there award winning Brasserie to join their team.
You will be working in a fast paced kitchen. You will be required to assist on all sections of the kitchen and help develop the junior chefs in the brigade. Along with this you will receive a competitive salary with a share of tips.
