Head Chef, Gloucestershire, 30,000.00 + Tips + Bonus + Live In

Town Centre Boutique Hotel with busy open fronted restaurant / Brasserie are looking for a responsible and creative chef to lead their kitchen.

They are looking for a hands on individual with natural flair and presentation skills. For this role you must have good organisational skills and have the ability to delegate in order to manage this busy & vibrant kitchen.

As head chef you will have complete responsibility for the kitchen and will be responsible for sourcing new supplies and products ideally from local suppliers, this make take up some research time to ensure consistency whilst taking into account seasonality.

The restaurant has built up good evening and weekend trade but is looking for somebody with the imagination and skill required to build up lunch numbers.
