An experienced Project Manager with extensive commercial fit out experience is required to work for a successful interiors contractor specialising in high spec D&B commercial fit outs in London.

With an enviable reputation for quality and delivering complex projects on time and to schedule this company win over 90% of their work from repeat business. Due to a period of sudden growth and having secured a number of new projects recently they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities will include:

Liaising at all levels to ensure that the finished product meet with design, cost and programme expectations

Co-ordination of sub-contractors & labour

All aspects of Health & Safety

All aspects of managing a construction site and progressing a construction project.

In addition to this you will also be financially astute, have strength in character & posses excellent client facing skills.
