Highly motivated management couple required for large East Sussex seaside village public house with function room. We are a free house leased from a private landlord.

Applicants will need:-

Personal licences and checkable references
Excellent customer service skills
Outgoing personalities
Ability to promote new business
In-depth knowledge of the trade
Experience in providing entertainment and promoting pub teams
One of the couple must have strong kitchen and catering skills with relevant certification.
The couple should have a hands-on approach to the business and have the drive and ambition to utilise the full potential of the pub with a sound understanding of the financial side.
