Job Description

There are three comfortable bars and a restaurant offering food of the highest quality with an extensive choice of traditional dishes, wines and real ales. Both Camra and The Good Pub Guide have recommended us.
Due to the high volumes of business throughout the summer season we need to recruit a Couple whose main duties would be Sous Chef and housekeeping with occasional help in the Bar and restaurant department.

We are looking for hardworking candidates who can commit to working until January, could be for longer if desired. Applicants must be able to speak and understand good English, be of neat appearance, capable of offering guests better than average service.

Experience would be preferable, but not essential, as we consider personality, drive, good people skills and customer service to be of prime importantance.
