Job Description
Experienced Bar/Restaurant Manager, to assist in the day to day running of a busy 4 star Inn with 5 en suite bedrooms. Lead by example with a hands on approach - requiring excellent personal presentation, communication skills and love for the industry. Ensure, as a Personal License Holder, that standards comply with the liquor license. Hosting a great dining out experience or overnight stay for our guests is paramount. Residential guests are from around the world -so an ability to converse at all levels with both customers and staff is essential. This is a LIVE IN position. 5 miles west of Romsey, Hampshire. Salary is dependant on past experience. Food and wine knowledge, along with computer literacy will be needed as well. You will be working alongside the owners who are hands on. This is an immediately available position
