A challenging opportunity exists for a Construction Manager experienced in Highway Construction and associated works to join a long term highways maintenance project across the Midlands.

The project will deliver highways services across the regions motorways and main trunk roads and will include, main artery road and motorway construction, re construction and maintenance, drainage, earthworks, construction of structures including retaining walls, culverts and bridges etc along with white lining, signage, lighting ducting and communications.

You will be responsible for supervising the entire construction function and leading and motivating your team of engineers and subcontractors ensuring all financial, HSE and QA KPi's and that all poicies and procedures are adhered to.

Candidate requirements.
•Extensive experience required on the construction of highway (pavements, structures, drainage etc)
•Ideal Main Contractor Background
•Relevant Civil Engineering Qualification
•CSCS Supervisory / Managers Card
•SMSTS 5 Day Course
•Extensive experience of various forms of contracting

An excellent package of including basic salary up to £55,000 and car or car allowance will be offered to the successful candidate.
