Junior Sous Chef Rosette Brasserie £18,500 – £22,000 + Live in + Tips

Talented Junior Sous Chef required to join the team of this superb refurbished privately owned hotel with classy Brasserie Restaurant looking to make its mark locally under the guidance of a very accomplished chef with over 20 years experience in the region’s top properties.

The Hotel also produces a growing range of products such as Jams and pickles, breads etc that are sold at local markets to increase the profile of the property.

As Junior Sous Chef you would be expected to take a very active role in service, capable of running any section including the occasional running of service in the absence of the head or sous chef.

To apply for this position you need to be at least an experienced Chef de Partie ideally with Rosette experience but passion and enthusiasm will count for a lot you will benefit from learning from a very talented chef

This position comes with Staff accommodation close by if required
