Chef De Partie 2 Rosette £18,000 + Live in

Chef de Partie required for one of the Top 10 Country House Hotels within Hampshire and Surrey. Serving a regular 60 - 80 covers with up to 100 at the weekend. The property also has a fantastic reputation for Weddings and unique product launches.

The Head Chef is looking for a Chef De Partie with good all-round experience ideally within a good 3, 4 or 5 Star Hotel with Rosette Standard Cuisine. If you have a particular strength in a section this could be a bonus although Chef has many years experience of training and improving chefs to a higher level and ensures that excellent further training opportunities are available throughout the brigade.

The Hotel is part of a small group of privately owned hotels that have fantastic reputations for food and high class service.
