Job Description

This leading Residential Developer is actively looking for a Quantity Survey or to oversee a Main Contractor on a 8Million fit out Project in South London. It is a fast track contract of a 160 apartments to be built in a 9-12 month period.

You will need to be able work independently on site and will be responsible for controlling all cost associated with the project, i.e., cost reporting, valuations, variations and contract administration.
