With the final stages of the ambitious refurbishment programme completed our client continues in their quest to establish this superb country house hotel as a leading country retreat.

To compliment their multi rosette fine dining operation we seek an energetic Brasserie Restaurant Manager to lead a dedicated team in offering a slick, well run casual dining alternative. As Brasserie Manager you will report to the Restaurant Manager. The Brasserie Manage will maintain training manuals and ensure accurate recording of training programmes, maintain up to date SOP manuals and ensure that all financial transactions both sales and purchases are monitored. The Brasserie Manager will possess a cheerful disposition which, in turn, will create a relaxed and welcoming environment. The Brasserie Manager, whilst ensuring attention to detail at all times will maintain a physical presence ensuring prompt and friendly service at all times.
