Chef de Partie 3 Rosette £16,500 - £18000 + Tips + Live in

Chef De Partie required for this This Gorgeous Fine Dining Country House Hotel. The Head Chef is looking for a talented Chef De Partie with good all round skills to strengthen the kitchen team.

The Head Chef and his team serve traditional British dishes tempered with a twist of modern European. A La Carte and daily menus specially feature seasonal local farms and county produce together with fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the plentiful Hotel Kitchen Garden.

The Chef heads a stable Brigade, he is an excellent trainer and regularly acts as a judge for various National and regional competitions, so if you would like to be a ‘name of the future’ this one could be for you!

This positions also pays ‘tips’ on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £2000 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
