Chef de Partie 2 – 3 Rosette £17,000 – £18,000 + Tips + Live In

This very well known Country Inn / Restaurant with Rooms is looking for a Motivated Chef de Partie keen to learn and push forward under the guidance of a 2 Michelin Experience Head Chef.

The Style of food is simple unpretentious food, done very well. Created from locally reared and home grown produce that has been highly rated in all guides from Michelin to AA, Alastair Sawday’s, Good Food Guide to food critics such as AA Gill.

The kitchen is staffed by likeminded ‘foodies’ who share their passion and regularly go on food trips to places such as ‘le Manoir’ or the ‘Fat Duck‘ to keep abreast of other fine dining properties and menu trends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the latest chef toys from water baths, paco jet, thermo blenders, dehydrators etc

To apply for this position you need to be an experienced Chef de Partie already at least 2 Rosette but keen to push on for more and keen to learn from a very talented chef.
