This wonderful award winning multi rosette town centre hotel has, despite the recent economic downturn , managed to retain its well deserved reputation and loyal following. Following recent developments to the hotel business has never been busier and, as such, our client seeks an energetic, service orientated Chef de Rang to strengthen the F&B operation. As a Chef de Rang you will need to be able to deliver prompt, efficient service with a friendly manner. The Chef de rang will be confidant to offer excellent service and maintain control of their allocated station. As Chef de Rang you will also benefit from free town centre accommodation so the position does not require use of a vehicle.

The hotel has a very good food and wine culture and already holds a host of awards and is looking to become one of the top 100 rated hotels in the UK. so this is a great opportunity to join a winning team.

This positions also pays ‘tips’ on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £2000 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.
