Commis Chef is required for this Exclusive Country House Meeting Venue with a string of accolades making it one of the Top Meeting Venues in The Country!

The Venue has several small private dining rooms and meeting rooms which it serves various styles of food depending upon the guests requirements. Banqueting is predominant at this hotel and would suit a talented Chef with experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients for upto 200 guests.

As Commis Chef your daily duties will involve following verbal and written instructions from Chef de Parties to ensure all M.E.P / Prep is completed on time and to the correct standard and communicating future requirements, working to ensure that any mistakes and shortages are corrected.

This is an ideal position for somebody looking to further their career in the 4 and 5 Star Luxury hotel market, because running this ‘portion’ of the hotels ‘business’ is crucial to the future success of the hotel and offers excellent future promotion prospects.

This position has live in accommodation if required.
