Job Description
Established in 2000, the company is a small, well established online portal which helps professionals make the transition to the UK.
The position is based in London, Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities;
COMMUNITY
Assist with the development of the community surrounding the company
o Answering Questions (mainly by email) related to travelling and working in the UK
o Online Forum – Maintenance
o Write Newsletter (optional)
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
o Preparation and delivery of invoices
o Assist with the accounts receivable
RESOURCING
o Maintaining a database of individuals who have travel plans for the UK
o Establishing effective communication to Candidates and Clients
Requirements;
o Proven ability to organise and manage a number of important tasks on a daily basis
o Understanding of the needs of job seekers who are embarking on the journey of a life time.
SKILLS
o Intermediate ability in the use of Word and Excel
o Strong ability to manage a Database and use other online tools
o Learn and Develop new skills as the business grows.
This position will most likely suit someone who has worked or been working in the UK and would like to continue their travel adventures overseas.
