Job Description
Busy 16th Century Village pub serving traditional pub food with some modern/european influences, locally sourced produce wherever possible, all meals prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients, cooked and served to a high standard.
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team.
You will be enthusiastic and passionate about food, have experience of working in all sections of the kitchen and up to date health and safety and hygiene knowledge.
Keen to build on your already broad skills base, as Chef de Partie you will be part of a team of 3, with an 'all hands on deck' and flexible attitude and be confident enough to run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative as we have a strong local and regular customer base who you will get to meet.
Live in available .Due to our rural location own transport is essential.
