Job Description
An opportunity for a Second Chef has become available in our Hotel in Wandsworth.
We are looking for a chef who can confidently cover and control the kitchen during Head Chef’s days off.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in cooking fresh food to a high quality, including pub classics and daily specials.
We are looking to develop the business further, so a creative attitude towards food is a must. Keeping the kitchen clean and adhering to Company and Government Health & Safety, and Hygiene standards is essential. Experience in stock ordering, stock control, quality control, and an understanding of costings and GP are advantage.
This is a full time position, shift work with two days off and must be available at weekends. Potential to develop your career in our business through extensive training by company
