This developer specialises in the building of top quality residential property throughout the UK. The company has an excellent reputation and has offices nationwide.

You will ideally have at least 5 years experience in civil engineering ideally with a developer. You will be project managing the process in the development of various brownfield and greenfield sites. You will ideally have experience in the following areas.

-Project management
-Appraisal of ground investigation reports
-Knowledge of sections 38 and 104

The ideal candidate will have:

•A minimum of 5 years civil engineering experience
•Experience with a developer.
•Experience in the project management of multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will be working for a highly successful and extremely busy Developer. You will be joining a friendly team of Engineers and Technicians in this Bristol based office.
