Job Description

A Business Development professional with a background in Commercial D&B Fit Out is required to join this busy and growing specialist interiors contractor who excel in fast track Design and Build contracts.



This front end role will require a driven and proven sales person to manage numerous tasks and responsibilities often working to tight timescales. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently & use their own initiative to win new business. In addition you will be working alongside the pre contracts & design teams to co-ordinate bids and put together accurate contract documentation in preparation for handover.



The right candidate must have the following:



At least 3 years sales experience working for a recognised Fit Out Contractor



Design and Build experience



Excellent communication and client facing skills



An existing network of clients



Excellent negotiation skills
