Job Description
Live In Bar Assistant
Job Role – minimum of a six month contract / visa or work permit
5 days a week
Mon & Tue days off
Live in accommodation with own bathroom, TV & DVD
Split shifts on week days and 3-close on weekend shifts
All meals & board included
WiFi connection in the pub available to everyone
Driver required due to our rural location may have access to a staff car, restricted hours due to other staff requirements. Must have a clean licence
Cash handling, cleaning & cellar care
Ordering and stock control
Staff management, rota planning
Seasonal business so winter tends to be our planning time for our peak summer and spring season
Marketing & promotional ideas to increase our turnover and customer base
English speaker required with very good written English
