Job Description

We have had great feed back on the quality of our food from locals and reviewers alike.

We like to make as much of the food ourselves. Currently we are, pickling, smoking, jamming, curing and brining all sorts of things.

The menu changes daily so that we can take advantage of the great produce that is on offer in our local area.

The food is simple but well made.

The successful applicant must have at least two years experience in 1 – 2 rosette establishments.

Have the ability to run a section.

Have a good understanding of British food and ingredients.

Able to work well within a close knit team.

We also offer free accommodation in nearby Tisbury. You will have your own room in our great staff house with access to Sky TV, a large living room, garden and kitchen. We pick up all the bills, nothing will be taken from your pay packet!!
