Luxurious ‘top end’ 5 star country house hotel set in idyllic surroundings , offering unsurpassed levels of service require a suitably experienced Head Waiter with a background in a Michelin starred or Relais Chateaux property.

This property has proven to be a first class training ground for some of the country’s leading hoteliers. As Head Waiter you will require a flexible attitude and a willingness to please, as the hotel enjoys a loyal client base with high expectations. The Head Waiter be able to motivate a well staffed service team. Though a good knowledge of wine is desirable the Head Waiter is supported by a first class team of sommeliers. The Head Waiter will possess a thorough understanding of modern and classical cuisine and have the necessary skills to deliver service to complement the multi rosette standard cuisine in the most luxurious of surroundings.

As Head Waiter you will require excellent communication skills, first class spoken English is therefore essential. As Head Waiter you will support the existing restaurant management team. The Head Waiter will enjoy favourable hours of work and a bonus payable on completion of 12 months employment.
