Brasserie Waiter / Waitress Bath £14,500+ Tronc

Our client has recently completed an expansion programme and, as a result of ever increasing trade, seek lively and enthusiastic Brasserie Waiters with a strong service ethic to join their team.

Though the brasserie is located within the hotel the Brasserie Waiter may be from a family restaurant or food driven pub environment. The Brasserie Waiter will, ideally, be located close to Bath and have their own transport .The Brasserie Waiter will be flexible and be prepared to do some split shift work. As a Brasserie Waiter you will be a fluent and articulate English speaker with a well groomed appearance.

Though previous quality restaurant experience is preferable a bubbly and approachable manner are the essential qualities as the highly trained F&B management team will give full training to the successful candidates.

Please note there is no live in accommodation for this position applicants from outside the area will be considered but will expected to find their own accommodation.

This positions also pays ‘tips’ on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £2000 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.
