Commis Sommelier Michelin Restaurant £14,305 Live In

If you have a passion for wine and some experience within an upmarket hotel restaurant operation an opportunity has arisen for a Commis Sommelier to join this luxury Michelin Starred hotel restaurant. The Commis Sommelier will possess a working knowledge of new and old world wines and , preferably , a recognised qualification. The Commis Sommelier will enjoy the guidance of the Head Sommelier. As the property is a leading player in the luxury hotel market the Commis Sommelier will be expected to be immaculately presented at all times.

This positions also pays ‘tips’ on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £2000 but could be a lot higher with various benefits including meals on duty etc.
