CHEF DE PARTIE - £18,5k per year – 6 Shifts Per Week – 2AA Restaurant & Bar – Victoria
Our client is part of an exclusive hotel group which have achieved great success in all restaurants across London. Our restaurant and bar offer modern European cuisine and is cooked at a 2AA level.
We currently have a brigade of 18/20 chefs and have an opportunity open for a chef de partie who would like to develop his culinary skills and move up in our brigade.
Our restaurant is extremely popular and we serve between 20 to 120 customers per service. We are open for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and have an open kitchen and all the latest equipment to make your job as easy as possible..
Due to the urgency to fill the position, candidates who apply first will be most likely successful in attending interviews/trials.
