2 Rosette Sous Chef £20,000 + Live in

Sous Chef required for this Beautiful fine dining country House Hotel located close to the Scenic Brecon Beacons.

Duties as Sous Chef will include assisting the Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management including completion of HACCP documents, ensuring that the team of 6 all take their fair share of responsibilities, assist with training, make menu suggestions, ensure the smooth running of the kitchen in the head chef’s absence.

The good 2 Rosette restaurant serves a regular 30 - 40 covers with up to 70 at the weekend with some exclusive wedding use, but by no means a ‘wedding factory’ the focus is definitely on fine dining and building up good repeat custom.

This position would ideally suit a good well rounded chef who has aspirations of one day becoming a country house hotel Head Chef.

Only 2 rosette experienced candidates will be considered for this position but the head chef will however consider a senior Chef de partie or Junior Sous Chef for the position if they demonstrate the ability and the passion that is required for the position.

The Hotel is located less than a mile from a train station and offers great staff accommodation with meals, free wifi, laundry facilities etc for only £130pm all inc!
