Chef De Partie 1 - 2 Rosettes £15,000 + Free Live in

Chef de Partie required for this fantastic privately owned Country House Hotel for its fine dining restaurant, bar/brasserie and moderate weddings.

The Head Chef is a well respected classically trained chef who is looking for a talented Chef de Partie with at least 1 rosette experience.

The Hotel is located within walking distance of a large town and has ample staff accommodation which is ‘free’ for the sucessful candidate

As Chef de Partie you will be expected to have good all-round experience in most if not all sections at this level and part of your duties will include helping to train and motivate juniors

The hotel operates a 40 cover fine dining restaurant, a busy bar brasserie and weddings for upto 100 guests.

As Chef de Partie your daily duties will involve working in your given section, ensuring all M.E.P / Prep is completed allocating jobs to and training Commis and Demi CDP’s.
