We are looking for highly motivated and very passionate people to join our team in the following roles:

•Assistant Sommelier to join the team of 5 Sommeliers who currently advise our guests on up to 500 varieties!

•4 Junior Head Waiters or Chef De Rang’s

•Highly spirited Bartenders who have a good knowledge of Cocktails

•Experienced Waiting staff

•Demi Chef de Partie’s or confident Commis Chef’s who are ready to take their next step in their career.

•Chef de Partie’s or experienced Demi’s

•A strong Sous Chef to help lead this brigade of 25 highly professional chefs.
